Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. Often, unaddressed difficult life events from the past may prevent you from moving forward in your present. You deserve to break free from your past to empower your path to being whole again.  When you start working with your individual therapist, you’ll learn how to feel safe, calm and confident in your own skin and in relationships with others.  Your therapist will help you tap into your inner power to bring intention, choice and authenticity to whatever life may throw at you.

You are not supposed to know all the answers and you don’t have to work through trauma and stress alone. There is so much pressure to excel and perform. While EMDR therapy is hard work,  you actually don't have to try too hard. You don't have to be perfect in this space. We are here to walk with you on your journey and take some of the hard work off your shoulders. 

We will take a holistic approach on this journey, we are after all living in a body, experiencing our life. We want to ensure we are covering all part of your healing. We'll use some evidence based techniques to make this process as effective as possible.
